Officer's lost wallet contained marijuana

Time for this guy to join LEAP. I hate to see anyone arrested for simple possession, but when its a cop, I can't help but suppress a giggle. Hopefully this helps to push back the stereotype of the stoner who sits around all day. And who the heck was the knucklehead who mailed the wallet back with 6G's of weed in it, why not just keep it and spark up, or at least sell it?
