2nd Annual Open Letter

Last year on April 20th, commonly referred to as 4-20 or the stoner's holiday, I sent this open letter to the government of Canada. I plan to once again send an open letter to the government on April 20th, I urge you all to do the same. We need to let the government officials know that prohibition does not work.
