Suspect to police: 'Smoking marijuana, duh!' | smoking, marijuana, county - News - Northwest Florida Daily News

Wow, this guy takes the cake. While being arrested for DUI a cop searches the car and finds a pipe. When asked the man responds "Smoking marijuana... duh!". This occurred in Florida where they have drug paraphanilia laws, so guess what happens. The guy gets busted for DUI and posession of drug paraphanilia.

You're busted... duh!
