School expels 4th grader, says he was handing out pot | Philadelphia Inquirer | 04/02/2009

Wow they really start them young down in Philly. I don't think I knew of anyone dealing pot till grade 9. Then again I believed that pot was evil back in the public school days. It wasn't until after my college days that I actually opened up my eyes to marijuana.

That being said, I don't condone youth having access to marijuana, that's why we need to legalize and regulate it. As long as it is illegal and a "forbidden fruit" crap like this will continue to happen. Put a stop to it, legalize and regulate marijuana.
