Ammiano introduces legistlation to legalize marijuana in California - 2/23/09 - San Francisco News - abc7news.com

Sure its a long shot, but lets hope that California follows through. When California doesn't fall apart maybe the rest of the world will realize that pot isn't all that evil. Legalization, taxation, regulation; it is the way it should go.

Legalizing medicinal marijuana is a step in the right direction, but its not enough. Continuing to fight the losing war on drugs is just plain stupid.
