Due to a coincident in a lab experiment it was discovered that endocannabinoids are a key factor in keeping allergic inflammation under control. According to Science Daily genetically modified mice without both cannabinoid receptors were not working and the mice had an allergic reaction to the metal ear tags used to identify the mice. Apparently when a THC ointment is rubbed on the ear first the swelling from the allergic reaction is less.

Well I have hay fever, and a shellfish allergy; I think I need a marijuana prescription.
