Celebrating 4-20

With Easter over some view the holiday season done with, well those of you in the know know that for marijuana fans another important holiday is yet to come this April, April 20th is the marijuana holiday of 4-20. 420 is the well known secret word for marijuana, so April 20th became an important date for marijuana activists and users.

So now that 4-20 is just 11 days away I thought I would put the call out there and ask what your plans are for this day. Do you plan on acknowledging it at all? Over the next 11 days I plan on posting as much information about rallies and such that are happening anywhere I hear about them, but I would love to hear from my readers about what they plan to do.

Personally I am going to be writing some letters to my MP, MPP, and some other cabinet ministers asking why marijuana is not legal, I invite all my readers to do the same, lets flood parliament with demands to legalize marijuana. Write your comments letting us know what you plan to do, and if you join the letter writing campaign let us know who you wrote to and what you said, if you get a response feel free to post that too. Perhaps the government would get the hint if enough of us told those politicians what we really thought. To find out who to write to go to this site and you can search for your MP by postal code.
