How the RCMP sees the "Marihuana Situation"
The RCMP believes, for some reason, that Marijuana grow operations in Canada are on the rise. No big shock. Marijuana is becoming more and more acceptable in Canada, why would it not follow that the number of people growing would also increase. In fact the RCMP reports that half their drug enforcement caseload is dedicated to grow ops. Wouldn't the resources being wasted on these investigations be better spent hunting down murderers and crack dealers?
